Description

Nos. 7 and 8 Best Lane form an early 18th-century pair of buildings. They are constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings, and have a slate roof with a carved wooden bracket cornice. The buildings contain four casement windows, a stringcourse, and a plinth. Two ground-floor casements are set within cambered arches. The doorcases have heavy wooden hoods and feature six-panelled doors. Nos. 3 to 12 form a group.
