Description

Number 12 Best Lane is a two-storey building constructed of red brick, featuring stone coping. It has one sash window with intact glazing bars. At the rear, there is an additional section that is also two storeys high but slightly lower in elevation. This section includes some mullioned and transomed casement windows with leaded lights, as well as several sashes with intact glazing bars. Numbers 3 to 12 on Best Lane form a group.
