Description

No. 62 East Reach is a tall three-storey house with a basement, built around 1820 to 1830. The exterior is finished in stucco and features quoin pilasters and a string course above the ground floor. The hipped slate roof has projecting eaves, and there is one window per storey, with three-light sash windows that include glazing bars. The first floor has a trellised balcony and a canopy. A Doric porch is set in a segmental arched recess on the side elevation. Nos. 62 to 65 East Reach form a group.
