Description
No 17 on Trinity Street is a building dated 1847, as indicated in the pediment on its south front. It stands three storeys tall and features a rendered exterior with banded rustication on the road elevation. The roof is covered with slate and has projecting eaves. There is a sill band located under the first floor. The building has two windows, one of which is blocked, both are sash windows with glazing bars. There are two doors; the one on the right has fluted imposts and a six-panel door. The main south front is notable for its unusual rusticated quoins and window surrounds. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 17 to 21.
