Description

Alverton Terrace No 9 is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Alverton Road in Penzance. It is constructed of stucco and features a slurried slate roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys and is designed with four small sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The ground floor includes a modern multi-pane bowed shop window. This property is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 7 to 14 and Stanley House.
