  1. Early C19 house. Granite ashlar. Plain relief architraves linking with string course and quoins. 2 storeys and semi-basement. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Terrace along front, 2 flights of steps down to garden each side of big elliptical arch to semi-basement window. Slate hipped roof, bracketed eaves soffit. Slate hung semi-circular staircase bay at rear.
