Description

Alverton Manor is an early 19th-century building located on Alverton Road in Penzance. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped roof covered with tarred slates, along with overhanging eaves that have a panelled soffit. The manor is two storeys high and has two windows, which are sashes set within architrave surrounds. The west wing of the building has irregular fenestration.
