Description

Alphington House, now the County Planning Office, is an early 19th-century building in Penzaance. It is constructed from granite rubble, with a painted brick front accentuated by granite quoins. The roof is slate, with a panelled soffit to the eaves. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, each a sash window with glazing bars.
