Description

Stanley House, located on the north side of Alverton Road in Penzance, dates from the 18th to 19th century and is built from granite ashlar. The building features a simple eaves parapet and stands three storeys tall. It has one window on each floor, with three-light sash segmental bow windows on the first and second floors. The doorways are designed with a semi-circular arched head, recessed architrave, and a fanlight above. Stanley House is part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 14, which are consecutive properties.
