Description

This is an 18th-century building on the north side of Bridge Street. It is constructed of ashlar and has an old slate roof, with a gabled dormer window. The ground floor has a late Victorian shop front that extends across the whole width, featuring a continuous frieze and a dentilled cornice. Two modern doors are centrally placed within the shop front. The upper floor has two sash windows. The rear wing, which contains properties numbered 20A, 22A, and 22B, is not part of this listing. The listed buildings on Bridge Street (North Side) are considered to form a group.
