Description

Scaddon Villa is an 18th-century house constructed of granite ashlar. It features a single string course and flat arches above the windows. The roof is covered with slate and has gable ends. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, which are wide sashes with vertical glazing bars only. There is a recessed doorway that contains a fielded panel door.
