Description

The King's Arms Inn is an 18th-century building constructed from coursed rubble with a slate roof featuring gable ends. It is positioned at right angles to the road, with a modern entrance consisting of glazed double doors located at the end of the building. The inn has two storeys and four windows, which are wide double-hung sashes accompanied by narrow sidelights. At the rear, the building is finished with stucco and has a hipped roof. This inn is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed structures that includes the Church, Churchyard Wall, and Vicarage, along with other listed items on Mousehole Lane, excluding Nos 1 and 2 Mount View.
