Description

Trevear is a building from the early to mid-19th century, standing three storeys tall and finished in stucco. It features three windows with architrave surrounds and tall sashes that include glazing bars. A cornice band is present at the first floor, and the building has outer pilasters that are panelled from the ground floor upwards. The eaves are overhanging, and it has a slate hipped roof. The west elevation has three windows, most of which are blind.
