Description

Nos 19 and 20 Alverton Road are a pair of 18th-century buildings. They are constructed of coursed granite and have a slurried slate roof with a hipped end. The buildings are two stories high with a low, three-window front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, revealed in their casing. There are two modern glazed doors. A rendered end wall is present on No 20. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, in conjunction with Nos 14 to 20.
