Description

Nos 1 and 2 Carn Topna are a pair of 18th-century cottages constructed from granite rubble, with a cement-washed slate roof and gable ends. The cottages have two storeys. The first-floor windows project above the eaves and are topped with flat, forward-sloping roofs. They have four sash windows, lacking any glazing bars. Two recessed doorways have modern glazed doors, and No 1 features a shallow, modern porch. Nos 1 and 2 are part of a group that includes Nos 1, 2, 4, and 5 Florence Place.
