Description
Cliff House is a building from the 18th or 19th century, constructed of stuccoed rubble with a slate hipped roof. It has two storeys and faces the road, featuring two windows on the upper floor, which are sash windows with moulded casings and no glazing bars. The ground floor has a large three-light window, and to the right, there is a plain doorway with a rectangular fanlight and a glazed door. The side elevation has a jettied first floor with two sash windows that include glazing bars. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings in North Cliff that overlook the harbour.
