Description

A group of buildings dating from the 18th and early 19th centuries, situated behind North Cliff. The complex comprises two ranges. The south block is constructed of rubble, partly plastered, and stands three storeys high with a slate roof. The north side is of rubble and includes steps leading to first-floor doors, with simple iron railings. The north block is largely weatherboarded and has slate roofs, featuring 2 and 4-window fronts with casements. The ground floor of the north block was originally open, supported by crude granite piers, but is now filled in with windows and doors. The buildings include No 1 (Waterbury), Nos 2 and 3 Noah’s Ark Studio, the North Studio, the Fishing Gear Store, Nos 1 and 2 Porth Enys Flats, Worths Studio, the Owl's Nest, Porth Enys Flats, Nos 1 and 2 Tregenza Studios (also known as 1 and 2 Tregenza Flats).
