Description
The K6 telephone kiosk is a standard design made of cast iron and painted red. It features long horizontal glazing in the door and sides, with crowns applied to the top panels rather than being perforated. There are rectangular white display signs that read "TELEPHONE" beneath the shallow-curved roof. The internal equipment has been modernised.
This kiosk is located in the center of Mousehole, at the junction of three main roads, and faces the seafront. The lettering on the "TELEPHONE" sign is slightly faded. Attached to the roof is an oval yellow direction sign in a red stand that reads "POST OFFICE." The kiosk is visible from several listed buildings, including the Harbour Office, Cliff Haven, the Mousehole Cenotaph, and the Ship Inn, all of which are also Grade II listed.
