Description
Nos. 3 and 4 Quay Street date from the early 19th century. They are built of coursed granite with a slurried slate hipped roof. The two-storey building has three windows, with the central window being blocked. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars. There are two plain doorways located centrally. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, contributing to the character of the surrounding area which includes Nos. 1 and 2, and The Mousehole.
