Description
Nos 1 and 2 Trembath Place are early 19th-century buildings located in Mousehole. They are constructed from granite rubble and feature a slate roof with gable ends. The buildings are two storeys high and have a front elevation with four sash windows that include glazing bars and revealed casings. There are two plain doorways, each with a rectangular fanlight above. The rear elevation facing the street has two narrow sash windows with glazing bars. These buildings are included in the listing for their group value, as they form a group with Nos 1 to 3 Trembath Place and Mill Cottage on Grenfell Street.
