Description

Mill Cottage dates to the early 19th century. It is constructed of whitewashed granite rubble, with a slurried slate roof. The cottage is one storey high with a basement, and has two sash windows without glazing bars. A central recessed doorway is accessed by steps with simple iron railings and area railings. Mill Cottage is included in the listing primarily for its group value, alongside Nos 1, 2 and 3, and also Nos 1 and 2 Trembath Place.
