Description

Tara and Rose Cottage is a building that likely dates from the 18th or 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble and features a slurried slate roof. The cottage has two storeys and five windows. The first floor has small restored sash windows that do not have glazing bars, while the ground floor has casement windows. There are two external flights of steps leading to first floor doorways, each with simple iron railings. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings on the east side.
