Description

Mr Grenfell's Workshop is likely from the early 19th century and constructed of granite rubble. It features a slurried slate roof that slopes down towards the road. The end of the building is mostly covered with weatherboarding. On the ground floor, there are double doors, and on the first floor, there is a loft door flanked by multi-pane fixed-light windows. This building is included for its group value alongside Portland House, Trelawny, Mr Gartrell's Workshop, No 6, and Wharf House on the Wharf.
