Description

Nos 1 and 2 Grenfell Street are mid to late 19th century buildings constructed from dressed granite, featuring a slate roof with wide eaves and gabled ends. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement and have three windows, which are sashes without glazing bars. There are two plain doorways. The rear elevation is finished with slate hanging and stucco. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a group with Mill Cottage and Nos 1, 2, and 3 Trembath Place.
