Description

Nos 13 and 14 Cornwall Terrace are early 19th-century buildings located in Penzance. They are finished in stucco and pebble-dash with a slate hipped roof, and the end elevation is slate hung. The buildings rise to three storeys and feature four windows, although two on the second floor are blocked. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The doorways are plain and round headed, with No 13 having a 20th-century gabled hood. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form part of a consecutive row from Nos 1 to 24.
