Description

Morrab Library, formerly known as Morrab House, is a stucco house built in 1841 for Samuel Pidwell. The building features a cornice and parapet, with panelled end pilasters. It is two storeys high and has four windows, with the central two projecting forward and having recessed architraves. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. An open granite porch is located off centre, supported by Tuscan columns and an entablature. The south elevation also has two storeys and four windows.
