Description

Nos 10 and 10A, Victoria Place, are an early 19th-century stucco house. The building has end scribed pilasters and a slate hipped roof with wide eaves soffits. It is two storeys high and has three windows, with the left-hand window being blind. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. There is a central doorway with a shallow wood lattice porch, and a large bay window on the left-hand end elevation.
