Description
Nos 10 and 11 Morrab Place are an early 19th-century building of stucco construction with a slate roof featuring gable ends and a wide eaves soffit. The building is two storeys high with an attic, displaying a symmetrical facade of 5 windows, 2 of which are blind. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within recessed architraves. Open porches with Tuscan columns and entablatures are present. Three hipped dormers light the attic space. Nos 10 and 11 form part of a group with Nos 1 to 7 and Nos 17, all situated consecutively on the north side of Morrab Place.
