Description

Nos 16 and 18, Clifton Crescent are a mid-19th century building of three storeys and an attic, with a basement, constructed of stucco. The roof is slate, with a Mansard design, and features two corner turrets containing round-headed windows and two central dormers of three lights. The building has two curved bays extending through all floors. A pedimented head adorns the first-floor window. A cast iron balcony is present on the ground floor. Doorcases are set into the sides, featuring rusticated surrounds. Nos 2 to 22 (even numbers) form a group.
