Description

12 and 14 Clifton Crescent are a pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century. They are three storeys high with attics and a basement, built of stucco. The roof is a Mansard style covered in slate, with four dormers. Some windows are bay windows. The right-hand side elevation features one sash window and a three-light bay window. A pediment sits above the first-floor centre canted bay windows. A doorcase is now located in the basement. Numbers 2 to 22 (even) form a group.
