Description

The properties at 12 and 14 South Cliff are an early 19th-century building constructed of rubble with granite quoins and lintels, topped with a slate roof featuring gable ends. The building has two storeys and four windows, each a sash window without glazing bars, with revealed casing. Two plain central doorways are present, each with a narrow, rectangular fanlight. A rear outbuilding wing extends along Brook Street. The buildings are listed for their group value.
