Description

This is an 18th and 19th century cottage located on Brook Street, Mousehole. It is constructed of rubble and has a slate roof with gable ends. The cottage is two storeys high and features a single window with vertical glazing bars. A recessed doorway is positioned to the left. It was previously listed under the name of Vyvyan Place No 10. The building is included on the list because of its contribution to the group value of the street. Nos. 1 to 8 (consec), 8 and 10 Brook Street, along with Langley-Tarn in Mill Pool, form a group.
