Description
This is a nineteenth-century cottage located on the south-east side of High Street, Ketton. It is constructed of rubble with an ashlar band above the windows, and has a roof of Collyweston stone slate, with a stone stack at the south end. The details of the cottage are consistent with those of the adjacent No. 27. The cottage has one-and-a-half storeys. The front features a door flanked by a single-light casement window with glazing bars to the left, and a similar two-light window to the right. A small casement window is situated at eaves level, and a two-light gabled dormer window is visible on the roof. The building is included on the list for its group value.
