This is an early 19th-century building located on Brook Street, Mousehole. It is constructed from granite rubble with a slate hipped roof. The two-storey building has one window with sash windows lacking glazing bars, featuring a protruding casing. A modern door is set within a plain recessed doorway on the right-hand side.
