Description

No. 7 Brook Street is an 18th-century building with an L-shaped plan, facing onto a courtyard. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble with a plastered first floor. The building is two storeys high and features two windows. The first-floor windows are restored sash windows without glazing bars; the ground floor has fixed-light windows with glazing bars. A flight of granite steps leads to two first-floor doorways on the left side. The roof is slate. The building is included in the listing for its group value alongside Nos. 3, 5, and 11, which form a group around a picturesque courtyard, two sides of which have been altered.
