Description

15 Woodland Avenue is an early 19th-century building constructed from rubble with granite quoins and a stringcourse. It stands two storeys tall and features one window with sashes that have glazing bars. The entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a narrow blocked rectangular fanlight. The building has a slate roof with a gable end and is adjacent to No 17. It is included in the listing for its group value with Nos 11 to 17, which together form a cohesive architectural group.
