Description

Nos 11 and 13 Kirkgate are a pair of 18th-century buildings on the west side of Kirkgate. They are three storeys high and rendered, with a stone slate roof and brick stacks. The buildings have a symmetrical, 2-1 window arrangement, featuring stone architraves to the windows, with a band continuing as cills to the top floor. Modern shop fronts have been installed. Nos 11 to 25 (the odd numbers) combine to form a group.
