Description

This is a late 19th-century public building made of monumental granite ashlar. It has two storeys and a semi-basement, featuring eleven windows, all of which have semi-circular arches and recessed architraves. The building includes two string courses, an eaves cornice with brackets, and an eaves parapet. There are keystones and quoins that are in relief. The central block of five windows is set back from the rest of the façade. Additionally, there is a flat Doric entrance porch supported by twin columns, with a Palladian window located above on the first floor.
