Description

Nos 2 and 3 Clarence Street are early 19th century buildings constructed of stucco, featuring a slate hipped roof with eaves soffit. They rise three storeys and have two windows, with sash windows in No 2 that include glazing bars and sill aprons. There are two plain recessed doorways, and No 2 has a rectangular fanlight above its entrance. These buildings are included for their group value, as they contribute to a cohesive architectural ensemble with Nos 2 to 21 and the nearby Baptist Chapel.
