Description

Nos 11 and 12 at Park Corner are early 19th-century buildings constructed of stucco with a slate roof featuring gable ends and wide eaves soffit. The buildings rise to three storeys and have three windows, with the centre window on the second floor being blind. The windows are sash style, and No 12 includes glazing bars. There is an adjoining doorway at the centre, which is sheltered by a double shallow porch. These buildings are included in the listing for their group value, as they are part of a larger ensemble that includes Nos 2 to 12 Park Corner, Nos 1 to 27 North Parade, and Nos 1 to 6 Parade Passage.
