Description

No. 45A on George Street is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed exterior. It features a parapet and a tiled roof with tile-hung gable ends. The structure is three storeys tall and two bays wide. On the second floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars and a continuous cill band. The first floor has two mid-19th-century canted bay windows with cornices and sashes without glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front that is canted twice, indicating where the original bay windows likely were, along with a rustic boarded fascia.
