Description

This is an early 19th century building with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is stuccoed and features a parapet and a heavy, moulded cornice. The building is three stories high and only one window wide. A three-story canted bay window is present, featuring sash windows without glazing bars. The right-hand doorway is round-headed, with a semi-circular fanlight containing glazing bars, and a moulded and panelled door. The rear of the building is tile-hung. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of numbers 46 to 62, Castle Hill Road.
