Description
20 Wellington Square is an early to mid-19th century building that is stuccoed and features a parapet with a heavy moulded cornice. The roof is made to resemble slate with asbestos and has a half-hipped end facing the front over the parapet. The building stands four storeys tall with an attic. On the second and third floors, there are two sash windows without glazing bars. The first floor has a three-light sash window without glazing bars and is complemented by a decorative ironwork balcony supported by brackets. The ground floor is rusticated and includes a three-light sash window without glazing bars, along with a round-headed doorway on the right, which features a fanlight and a moulded and panelled door. All the buildings in Wellington Square are part of a group.
