Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Wellington Square. It is stuccoed, with a rusticated ground floor. The roof is low-pitched, covered with slate, and has a moulded eaves cornice. The building is four storeys high, plus a basement, and has a two-window front. It features sash windows with glazing bars, though the glazing bars are missing from the ground floor. A wooden balcony is present on the first floor, with turned wood balustrades and square columns supporting an ogee and shaped canopy complete with a moulded cornice and shaped spandrels. The building is part of a group of listed buildings on Wellington Square.
