Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Wellington Square. It is stuccoed with a rusticated ground floor. The roof is slate, low-pitched, and hipped, featuring a moulded eaves cornice. The house is four storeys high, with a basement. It has two windows wide, with sash windows lacking glazing bars. The first floor has modern French windows leading to a plain wood balustraded balcony which replaced the original feature. The listed buildings on Wellington Square are considered to form a group.
