Description
22 Wellington Square is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed façade and a rusticated ground floor. It features a low-pitched slate hipped roof and a moulded eaves cornice. The structure has four storeys and a basement, with a two plus one window arrangement. The right-hand window is set back at the end of the terrace, and the ground floor includes a rusticated enclosed porch with a round-headed doorway, fanlight, and a moulded and panelled door. All windows are sashes with glazing bars. On the first floor, the left side has two windows and a balcony supported by brackets, featuring decorative ironwork and a tent-shaped canopy. The property also includes a basement area and door-step railings with arrow-headed shafts and turned newels topped with pineapple finials.
