Description

25 Wellington Square is an early 19th-century building that features a stuccoed exterior with a rusticated ground floor. It has a low-pitched slate hipped roof and a moulded eaves cornice. The building stands four storeys tall with a basement and is two windows wide, featuring sash windows, with only the first floor having glazing bars. There is a decorative ironwork balcony supported by brackets on the first floor. The round-headed doorway is located on the right and has a traceried semi-circular fanlight above a panelled door. The basement area is enclosed with railings that have arrow-headed shafts and turned newels topped with pineapple finials. All the listed buildings in Wellington Square are part of a group.
