SYCAMORES is a late 18th-century building located on Hill Street. It features a tile-hung exterior with a stuccoed ground floor and a tile hipped roof. The structure has three storeys and a basement, with two windows across the front. The windows are sashes without glazing bars, and there are two later 19th-century square bay windows on the ground floor. The central doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, and it includes a rectangular fanlight above a flush-panelled door. Brick chimney stacks are present on the building.
