Description

This large barn, located 50 metres south-west of Hill House, dates from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding and later brick infill near the base. The barn has an old tiled gabled roof and consists of four bays, with part of it being aisled. On the east side, there is a gabled wagon entry that includes a pigeon house in the gable. The roof structure is a queen post design with clasped through purlins.
