  1. Corner site with Wood Street, circa 1840. Two storeys and basement, cement rendered with coursing, flanked by wrap round pilaster strips on plinth. String between storeys. Low pitch hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves. Three windows, 2 blind on lst floor and 1 blind on ground floor, recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. Central recessed door of 4 fielded panels, 2 glazed, rectangular fan light with 4 glazing bars. Chamfered reveals, plain stucco surround. Set in enclosed porch with Tuscan pilasters to front and to wall, frieze and cornice over. Cast iron spear head fate with scrolled panel in front porch, South front on Wood Street 4 windows included added Eastern bay in similar style. Flanking pilaster strips, string between storeys. Two window shallow bow in centre. Windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact except in Eastern bay, block sills, casements in basement
